TD999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and TD999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing access to and use of the TD999 website, mobile interface and all gaming services available at td999.click.

By creating an account on TD999, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their contents and agreed to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear or you do not agree with any clause, you must not register an account or use any TD999 service.

TD999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account. Continued use of TD999 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and maintain an account with TD999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TD999 operates a strict minimum age policy and any account found to belong to an underage player will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be accessing TD999 as an individual, not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gaming.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a TD999 employee or business partner.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration — including your legal name, mobile number and any verification details requested. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

TD999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification requests may include submission of a government-issued CNIC, proof of mobile number ownership or confirmation of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified will result in account access being suspended until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TD999 login credentials — including your password, any two-factor authentication codes and any security questions set on your account. TD999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be TD999 support and asks for your password, treat it as a security threat and report it immediately.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your TD999 account, even temporarily.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available — TD999 strongly recommends this for all accounts.
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.

Any activity that occurs on your TD999 account is your responsibility — whether or not you authorised it — unless you have notified TD999 of a security breach before the activity occurred. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact TD999 support immediately via the in-platform chat.

TD999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are maintained in PKR. There are no foreign currency accounts or conversion processes applied to player funds on TD999.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer — direct bank transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. TD999 does not accept third-party deposits — a deposit from a payment method that does not match your registered account identity will be returned and may trigger an account review. Processing of deposits is typically instant for mobile wallet methods. IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

TD999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges — those are outside TD999's control and are not reimbursable by us.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your TD999 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your registered TD999 account details. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is met. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• TD999 may request identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts.
• Withdrawals submitted during normal operating hours (Pakistan Standard Time) via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within minutes. IBFT bank transfers process within 24 hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals process within 1–3 business days.

TD999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size, frequency or pattern. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to protect all players. Verified players experience fewer delays on large withdrawals.

TD999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all TD999 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to your TD999 account and must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Standard wagering requirements for TD999 bonuses are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 20%, and live dealer games 10% unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
• TD999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend any promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected players wherever practical.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets or using any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play genuinely — results in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on TD999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account on TD999.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system or artificial intelligence tool to interact with TD999 games or services on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial advantage rather than reporting them to support.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Attempting to launder money, process illegal transactions or use TD999 for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment gaming.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers by hedging bets or using strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal actual risk exposure.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your TD999 account to any other person.
• Attempting to access TD999's systems, databases or infrastructure through any means other than the authorised platform interface.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward TD999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

TD999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player against TD999 transactions.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions as described in Section 6.
• Use of prohibited software or collusion as described in Section 8.
• A player voluntarily requesting self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, TD999 will notify the account holder within 48 hours unless doing so would compromise the investigation. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, available real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable deductions, provided no fraud or legal obligation prevents it.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting TD999 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any remaining balance is paid out to your registered payment method.

TD999 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe online gaming should be enjoyable entertainment and we are committed to providing tools that help our players maintain healthy gaming habits. The following tools are available to every registered TD999 player at no cost and with no penalties for use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation. Decreases apply instantly.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set amount of continuous gaming time.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off period, your account remains open but deposits and game access are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion for 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from TD999.

TD999 will never pressure, incentivise or contact a self-excluded player to return to gaming. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, regardless of requests from the player.

All content on the TD999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, software and underlying code — is the intellectual property of TD999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use any TD999 content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any TD999 software.
• The TD999 name, logo and associated marks are protected trade marks. Their use without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Registered players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the TD999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure for any reason.

TD999 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, secure and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from technical errors or that game results will always match your expectations.

• TD999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity or indirect losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• TD999 is not responsible for any issues caused by your own device, internet connection, mobile network or browser.
• Our total liability to any individual player arising from any single incident is capped at the amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident, excluding bonus funds.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

TD999 collects and processes personal data as described in our full Privacy Policy. The following key principles apply:

• We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations and provide customer support.
• We never sell your personal data to third parties.
• We may share data with payment processors and identity verification services solely as required to complete transactions and comply with anti-fraud requirements.
• We store your data securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard database security practices.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, to correct inaccurate data or to request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.

By registering a TD999 account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

TD999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, we will provide notice by at least one of the following methods:

• A notification displayed upon login to your TD999 account.
• An email or SMS to the contact details registered on your account.
• A prominent notice on the TD999 homepage for a minimum of 7 days before the change takes effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, corrections to typographical errors or updates that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of TD999 after amended Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

• Your registered TD999 account username.
• A clear description of your complaint or dispute.
• The date and time of the relevant transaction or game round.
• Any screenshots or supporting information you have.

TD999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter will be escalated to TD999's designated independent dispute resolution process.
